SLO Family Resource Centers
San Luis Obispo County Directory of Family Resource Centers
Family Resource Centers (FRCs) work closely with schools, local government, county social services, community-based organizations and health care providers to support families. FRC services and programs build on family strengths and provide concrete support during crisis.
FRC staff, known as Family Advocates, partner with families to link them to the resources they need and assist in navigating the maze of services available. Family Advocates also refer to a vast community network of service providers and organizations that provide support for families.
